Two brews, seven drinks.
Start with the 1:4 concentrate. It steeps 12 hours on the counter, and every drink here is 3 to 8 minutes from the jar.

Cold Brew Concentrate
Make cold brew concentrate at 1:4 coffee to water: 240 g coffee, 960 g water, a 12-hour steep. Dilute 1:2 for four glasses, or build drinks from it.

Cold Brew in a Jar
Cold brew at drinking strength, made in a jar: 80 g coffee, 1,150 g water, 8 hours in the fridge. Strain it and pour it straight over ice.

Shaken Brown Sugar Oat Milk Cold Brew
Cold brew concentrate shaken hard with ice, brown sugar syrup and a pinch of cinnamon, poured over fresh ice and topped with cold oat milk. Dairy-free.

Cold Brew Float
Cold brew concentrate and cold water over ice, with two scoops of vanilla ice cream melting on top. Four ingredients, about three minutes.

Cold Brew Lemonade
Cold brew concentrate floated over sparkling lemonade built in the glass from fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, sparkling water and ice. About five minutes.

Cold Brew Tonic
Cold brew concentrate floated over tonic water and ice: 90 mL concentrate to 180 mL tonic, plus an orange wheel if you have one. About three minutes.

Cold Brew with Salted Caramel Milk Foam
Iced cold brew under a cold milk foam shaken with caramel sauce, then a caramel drizzle and a pinch of flaky salt. A lidded jar makes the foam.

Vanilla Cream Cold Brew
Iced cold brew under a pourable vanilla cream: heavy cream, milk and vanilla syrup shaken in a small jar, then floated on top.

Vietnamese-Style Iced Coffee with Cold Brew and Condensed Milk
Vietnamese-style iced coffee made with cold brew: concentrate stirred into sweetened condensed milk over ice in a short glass. About five minutes.
