What this site collects, who handles it, and how to ask us to delete it.

The short version
- If you sign up for the newsletter, we keep your email address. That's the only personal information we ask for.
- We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which Cloudflare says doesn't collect visitors' personal data.
- No accounts, no ads, no payment details, no third-party fonts.
- Partner sites you click through to may set their own cookies. Those are theirs.
Newsletter: Kit and n8n
The signup form collects your email address and records which form you used (for example the calculator or the footer). That's all it sends.
- n8n is a workflow tool we run on our own server. It receives the signup and passes it to Kit. It can see your IP address, as any web server can. Signups that go through are not saved in n8n. If one fails, n8n can keep the submitted address in its error log until that log is cleared out automatically.
- Kit (kit.com) is the email service that stores the subscriber list and sends the emails. It uses double opt-in: you get a confirmation email and you're only subscribed once you click it. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Kit tracks whether emails are opened and which links are clicked, and handles your data under its own privacy policy.
Unsubscribing in any email stops all sending to you. To have your address deleted from Kit as well, write to [email protected] and we'll remove it by hand.
Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics
Cloudflare adds a small script to each page that reports the visit and how quickly the page loaded: the page, the site you came from, your browser, operating system, device type and country. Cloudflare says Web Analytics doesn't collect or use visitors' personal data. We see totals in a dashboard, not individual visits. It runs under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Affiliate links
When you click a link to a brand or a store, you leave this site. The company or its affiliate network may set cookies on its site, so it can credit us if you buy. We don't see those cookies and can't control them. The disclosure page explains the links.
Cloudflare
The site reaches you through Cloudflare, which carries the traffic between your browser and our server. Cloudflare sees request details such as your IP address and browser, as a network provider does, under its privacy policy.
Stored in your browser
If you pick light or dark mode with the toggle, the choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the next visit matches. It never leaves your device. The calculator keeps its settings in the page address, not in storage, so a shared link carries them.
